Was there today 02/05/2026 with my husband we ordered a shot of captains with a side of Diet Coke & a pina colada the shot was the smallest shot we have ever seen , it looked like a plastic lid to something that was used as a shot glass ..the pina colada had this old taste like the mix was stale also the glass that it was put in was plastic that looked dirty , one sip confirmed it was nasty! Now let’s get to the food , I ordered the Jalisco burrito plate #2 with ground beef my husband ordered the cheese and beef quesadilla ..one bite of the burrito and it made my stomach turn! The ground beef taste borderline old! It taste like it was sitting in water old water, I tried another small piece with lots of salsa and still couldn’t do it ! Yuck . 🤢 just marked them off my list permanently! This place is terrible also the chips were burnt! Still on the hunt for some decent Mexican food not this Tex-mex stuff..
We go here to get Tortilla soup because it’s the Best Tortilla soup, we went and ordered a small and were told they can no longer sell smalls. We were bummed but we still said ok will get a large . The next time we went back the gentleman said oh no I’m sorry we Can sell a small to you after all. And I said oh great thank you. Well couple weeks later we went back on January 20 at about 11.30 am we drove through asked for a small soup and the lady said only large and I tried to explain but she said only large so I said ok that’s fine. Got up to the window. She wasn’t there . 3 cars pulled up behind me. They took almost 20 mi s for one large soup it’s Never took that long. When she came to the window there was no apology nothing! Plus she had all the other orders in her hand for the cars behind me so she must have waited for all them to get done before bringing my soup!! The gentleman are very nice at the window but for some reason the lady was rude and she didn’t speak at all. Such a bad experience from our favorite place. I hope she is not there when we go again. She needs to be re trained.
Been here 3 times now and have always had a good experience... staff is always kind and attentive, food is pretty decent and good menu to choose from... we have been back again and still a great place.. staff is always amazing..
